THE „4Ps and an F” OF A PERFECT SLOT ATTENDANT is a training dedicated to the slot attendants working in casinos and arcades that aim to improve their performance, their relationships with clients, colleagues, and managers as well as learn how to avoid conflicts with difficult players. The training consists of a series of 8 videos showing the abilities that slot attendants should improve, considering players' characteristics expectations, and preferences. The one-hour long content of the training was developed based on the professional experience of Andrei Frimescu, an expert in the casino industry with around 3 decades of activity in marketing and management of casinos, and of Alexandra Serb, a casino marketing specialist with years of experience as a slot attendant
